Im sure every so often you forget the lovely Tika Simone is actually an artist first. She most definitely is and by the sounds of it a very good one. I will always say this, Back at those HJ performances i saw something that i don't really see everyday in artists...honesty and transparency. They are always trying to be something they're not or talk about something they have not achieved/seen/experienced. Well you wont find that problem with this woman who embraces everything she is and isn't afraid to show it. Anyway enough ramblings from me, here is one of those records from her infamous sessions in Jersey to record with a legend's son.
